So, what is man? It's a combination of strength training, cardio and beachbody. I've been trying to incorporate all of these three things in my workouts for the last six weeks and I've found that my muscle burns fat at a much higher rate then when I was using beachbody and the dumbbells. I was amazed by how much energy I was having while doing the workouts.
I started on my Monday night. I did the cardio on the couch in the living room and the strength training in the bedroom. For the first time ever, I didn't have to go home early from work. I went to bed early and got up early on the Thursday. And guess what?
