Get Fit - Burn Fat and Build Muscle

Muscle Burners are a new concept in the fitness industry. Muscle burners are supposed to be a nutritional supplement that should help you lose fat while providing an intense workout. So does muscle burners work? Do they really get rid of fat or do they make you look bulky? Is there just a catch?

Muscle Burners is a new program designed by Beachbody founder, Tom Venuto, in which he describes how to train your body to burn fat naturally. He claims that in this new program, you will learn the true secrets of successful Beachbody fitness, rather than the old myths and scams. The main focus of the program is how you can get your body to burn fat more efficiently than it has been burning it in the past. He says that the problem most people have is that their fitness programs simply don't give enough attention to your metabolism. His Beachbody on Demand workout plan runs on a 7 day a week schedule, which he says is "the optimal number of times you train your body."

If his techniques are any indication of how effective his program is, it will shock you to see how many amazing results Tom got from his efforts. I was skeptical at first because I am a bit skeptical of methods and concepts that don't seem to make sense to me, but in reviewing Muscle Burners, I saw that his program makes a lot of sense. I'm going to take a moment to explain how he came up with these techniques to you.

The basis for this new program is the "80-hour obsession" idea. In his book, he outlines 3 "rounds" of Beachbody workouts. Each "round" of Beachbody workouts is designed to target a particular muscle group of muscles, and Tom knew that if you want your muscle group to grow you need to train it for a long period of time, ideally eight or more rounds. You'll be amazed at the results you get from this method.

For example, in his "80 hour obsession" Beachbody workout program, Tom knew that by lifting three sets of twenty pounders for eight rounds that you would effectively train your upper body, back, and legs for an entire week. Therefore, you'd focus on working those particular muscles for an entire week three times per week. It's very difficult to do that with conventional gym workouts. Therefore, when you combine his "80 hour obsession" technique with "bone grinding" cardio and fitness movements for each of the days of your Beachbody workout program, you will burn a tremendous amount of fat.

There are some new moves in his "Bones and Power" workout program that Tom didn't tell me about. In fact, when I first read his book, I didn't even know that Tom knew about these moves. But, since then, I have used these moves to build my own body, get lean, and lose fat. Tom is the reason why these moves work so well.

The "Bones and Power" book and DVD by Megan Munroe is a complete system. You can't just hire a personal trainer and expect results. You can get fit and trim, but if you don't know what the trainer is teaching and doing, it will all be worthless. Megan's DVDs are a great complement to her beachbody and muscle burns fat expert guide.

I was blown away by her approach to fitness training. Her "bones and power" workout DVDs are an excellent resource for any woman looking to build muscle and get rid of excess fat. I highly recommend buying the "Bones and Power" series. You will get great value for money. I've included a review of the Beachbody and" Bones and Power" program in this article.
