The Five Guys Nutrition Menu

Five Guys Nutrition is a popular dietary supplement line introduced by celebrity weight loss and bodybuilding trainer Brad Pilon. The product is promoted as a cost-effective alternative to traditional dietary supplements. Five Guys Enterprises LLC is an American restaurant chain specializing in hamburgers, steaks, and French fries, headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, and affiliated with the Yum Brands Inc. (which is owned by the Domenica Group.) Brad Pilon is a certified nutritionist and health consultant. The concept behind five guys nutrition is based on his experience as a professional weight lifter and personal trainer. According to him, most people are either too lazy or too busy to make healthy food choices. He attributes this to busy schedules, poor food choices, and the influence of advertisers who only want you to think that food you're eating is automatically more nutritious than it really is. He claims that by providing his customers with a wide choice of foods f...

A Unique Three-Week Strength Training Program That Will Boost Your Metabolism and Burn More Fat

Muscle burns fat. That should be obvious to most. However, muscle is also essential in building overall body health and strength. It provides your body the fuel it needs to build back up after a workout, as well as being what provides the energy for your daily activities. If you want to learn how to burn fat, muscle is the answer!

Muscle Burns Fat... The first step is to understand why muscle burns fat. It's actually quite simple, if your goal is fat loss. Muscle requires more calories to function than fat. So to achieve a specific amount of fat loss, your workout program has to include more exercises that use larger muscle groups to bring more calories and necessary nutrients to the muscles used during each session.

One of the best forms of exercise for building muscle and burning fat is known by the acronym MBFA. This acronym stands for: Muscles burns fat, cardio, endurance, flexing, and flexibility. You can't do all of these activities at the same time, of course, but you can do some of them during one another. For example, during the 80-day obsession workout you'll workout your muscle groups, run up and down the stairs (mentally and physically), swim, lift weights, play tennis, play golf, listen to music...but you'll also spend time doing some of the following: Flexibility, cardio, map exercises, calisthenics, shadow boxing, plyometrics, resistance training, power training, endurance training, and weight training.

So, what's the secret? Well, it's actually pretty simple. The biggest secret, according to Megan Munroe, is to keep your body guessing. She discovered that if you kept your workouts up during the first six weeks (and included resting) your body would adapt very quickly. With this knowledge, she developed a program called the 80 Day Intensive Muscle Building Intensive workout, which is broken into three different "moons," or cycles, of increasing intensity.

In the first cycle, her trainer, Mike Geary, would tell her to work on her leg muscles. After doing that for six weeks, she would progress to her next strength building muscle group. During the second cycle, her trainer would tell her to perform a high-intensity aerobic routine, and then move onto another muscle group. Finally, at the end of the third cycle, she would focus on stretching and cooling down.

As you can see, it takes a lot of planning, adjustments, and trial and error before you start seeing results. However, because she took the time to plan her fitness training sessions, set goals, create a schedule and perform intense training for each muscle group, she was able to fine tune her program so that it is exactly what works best for her individual needs. This is one of the main reasons why Megan Foster's fitness program, the 80 Day Intensive Workout, has been so successful - she made sure that her workout program fits her. Her unique approach means that she can customize it to fit her lifestyle.

Now that she has developed a highly effective new program, Megan is happy to share it with all of her friends, family members, and fans. Her new attitude about life and fitness has inspired many of her fans, as well. Her "no excuses" attitude is the reason why so many people are finding success with their own personal fitness goals. In fact, several of her fans started their own personal gyms. Her willingness to help others achieve their fitness goals gives her a unique place in the world.

If you are ready to take your body to the next level and develop lean muscle mass, burn more calories, and increase strength and endurance, you owe it to yourself to check out the "ARB Muscle Bikes For Women by Megan Foster". You will not be disappointed. In fact, it could even motivate you to start a strength training program of your own.
